Variable Speed Clock
The variable speed clock consists of a white panel with black lettering and two translucent red windows.
Behind one window is a digital display of time. Behind the second window is a row of LED's, one of which is lit. The lit LED shows the speed at which the clock is operating.
There is a choice of running the clock at two, four, eight or sixteen times normal time.
The bottom LED "S", is selected to stop the clock.
The clock speed can be changed without affecting the time displayed. The two push buttons on the panel set the time and clock speed.
The clock shows time using the 24-hour system.
OPERATION:
To set the time press the right hand push button.
The first press causes the speed indication LED to flash; the second press the numeral for minutes to flash; the third press the tens of minutes numeral to flash and so on for the other numerals.
Whilst the display is flashing every press of the left-hand push button advances the flashing display by one. If for example you wish to adjust hours from 1 to 3 you push the right hand switch three times to make the hours flash. You then push the left-hand switch twice.
The first push changes the 1 to 2, the second push changes the 2 to 3. After a few seconds the flashing stops and the display returns to normal.
The clock is powered from 12 to 16 volts either AC or DC.
Dimensions of the clock panel are: 115mm x 78mm
